Benedict Wagner-Rundell has played in the woods since he learned to walk, and has been making up stories for as long as he can remember. Whether sweeping landscape or simple garden, the world of nature has always seemed both a setting and a source for dramas big and small.

Fatherhood inspired Benedict to write, to turn tales invented – while hiking in the nearby hills, of course – for one child, into books that any children can enjoy.

Born in the south east of England, United Kingdom, Benedict now lives in Germany with his wife and bookworm son.
